Meet The Teacher

Twenty four years ago I taught art to elementary students of New Hope Christian School and Hillsdale Academy in MI. 

Upon returning back to WI, instruction took a different perspective teaching an after school program for the YMCA at Elm Creative Arts.

Shortly after focusing full time on my own painting career, I continued to teach private lessons to students of all ages in my former studio in Bayview, however it was short lived... I made a move to Florence, Italy, and welcomed a break from teaching to stand before the work of the masters, and paint in the very studios that inspired them. 

Yet my roots brought me back to WI once again, where I had the privilege to see the world through the fresh eyes of preschoolers at Children's Workshop in Wauwatosa. 

Now, here we are, at Tiny Bird Art Studio located in the Thiensville Mill. The perfect respite for an all encompassing art experience.
